If our captain deems the weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose rescheduling your excursion for the earliest date available or processing a complete reimbursement. Weather situations are monitored meticulously, and we will inform you 24 hours in advance of departure if the forecast seems alarming.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?

What is the policy on cancellations?
Should a cancellation occur 72 hours or more prior to departure, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical setbacks from our end.
